Summary

This PR:

Applies simplification changes made to the Q&A template in https://github.com/vectara/create-ui/pull/9/files to the Search template.
Removes parts of the global UI from both, e.g. AppFooter and parts of the AppHeader.
Removes unused summary logic and UI from the Search template.
