3 years ago - Need a UI element for deciding which agencies to use. List of checkboxes? Default behavior should be a "union" of the VOCs across the selected agencies.
- Build a system for indicating, per variant, which agency it was marked by. These could be either colored strips or colored badges that also display the agency name. If they're strips, then we need to build a legend as well. Also make sure to use colorblind-friendly colors
- If we do a list of checkboxes, then that can just double as the legend
