Broken Example Analyses #430

Most of the example analyses were broken (Lineages in Iceland still works) during an update for the site. The examples need to be updated to work with the new tab layout and SQL queries to the database

Opened #432 to fix the global lineages example; other examples work in the production build (some examples may not work locally depending on local data folders)
