Changes not seen on any of the home page or tabs... waiting for new version to be pushed?
Apologies -- this is changed on a development branch but not pushed to production yet, I'll close the issue when the changes are live

Homepage, global surveillance "Inconsistent sampling in the underlying data can result in missing data and artefacts in this visualization. Increased prevalence of lineages does not, on its own, suggest an increase in transmissibility. Please interpret this data with care."
Change to: "COVID-19 CG plots reflect data contributed to GISAID and are therefore impacted by the sequence coverage in each country. Increased prevalence of any lineage does not, on its own, suggest an increase in transmissibility."
Compare mutations tab, mutation frequencies "Systematic errors are sometimes observed specific to particular labs or methods (https://virological.org/t/issues-with-sars-cov-2-sequencing-data/473/14, https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pgen.1009175), users are advised to consider these errors in their high resolution analyses."
