Fixing typo in symbolic-ref path. #12

This typo causes initialization of gitflow to fail on newly initialized repositories.

Fixes a cause of https://github.com/vector-of-bool/vscode-gitflow/issues/10

Thanks! I haven't gotten around to doing a lot of work on this extension, so your help is very much appreciated! I'll get this released soon.

What is the ETA for release of this fix?

So sorry for the delay, I missed the notification email, and I've been busy with "real life" recently, so I haven't been able to get around to releasing or working on anything for either of my two extensions.
