Fix small holes/gaps when printing at 0.3 layer height #8

We need 0.2mm extra so that the slicer doesn't consider this just a single pass.

This fixes small holes/gaps left when printing 2x2 and 3x3 bins.

I think this might be one day superseded by a minimum floor thickness option mentioned in #6 but until then I am happy to accommodate your change.
