Log a warning when lograge is installed #116

Since we disable lograge we should make it obvious that we are disabling it. We might also consider an exception or a way to specify dependency conflicts.

I've decided not to do this. It offers no benefit to the user as we disable lograge and enable the logrageify! option during installation.
