Same as #11069 but for transforms.

[ ] Find and replace transforms within the Vector code
- [ ] Continue to support transforms, but log a warning if this key is used
[ ] Find and replace transforms within the Vector cue data
[ ] Find and replace transforms within all of Vector's docs
[ ] Find and replace transforms in Vector's repo labels
[ ] Update Github issue labels (DO NOT DELETE, rename)

Similar to https://github.com/vectordotdev/vector/issues/11069#issuecomment-1023651807 I'd like to see as alias "transforms" as "processors" for search.
