Add examples for component observability in docs #8075

Each component lists the metrics that it emits, but it does not include examples for those metrics. This is especially helpful for tags, where seeing an example value helps you understand what to expect. For example, it would help clarify what jobs is in this metric.

Just to add context here, the job tag should not have been there.

I think just providing examples of the tag values could be sufficient here too rather than the full metric.
