ensure the preset name is used for the build directory, e.g. _build/${presetName} . While at it:

always build artifacts and keep them for 2 days: just in case we run into weird compiler issues that are hard to reproduce locally.
remove unused workflow and action inputs
this should fix that our workflows are not run on main ( we run when run_build is true oder the event was a push)
