Reconnect refactor

Had to deal with #47, we have reconnecting in lobby and game for both artists and players. However, note that we still need to populate a clock to users

• [x] 2 people are in lobby, host exits = > cookie is gone, other player is disconnected
• [x] 2 people are in lobby, host reloads page => cookie is gone, other player is disconnected
• [x] 2 people are in lobby, user exits => cookie is gone, host stays, player can reconnect
• [x] 2 people are in lobby, user reloads page = > cookie is gone, host stays, player can reconnect
• [x] 2 people are in game, artist reloads => cookie persists, score shows, picture shows, messages show, word is displayed
• [x] 2 people are in game, guesser reloads => cookie persists, score shows, picture shows, messages show, blank line is displayed
