Bugs when subscribing a mailing group but selected Email as NO

Scenario From Backend:

1. Select NO from email channel
2. Email groups are still ticked When saved, Groups disappears from the list. Error message appears. But cannot be saved until selected YES for email.

Scenario on thank you page: Allowed signing up to a group although selected NO for email channel.

1. Select NO from EMAIL channel
2. Select a group to sign up It allowed me to signup to a email group although I selected NO for email. Expected behaviour: Prompt something like "To sign up for an email communication you require to select YES for email"
