Please push to extension directory #157

It looks like this extension supports 4.6 however it does not appear in the list of available extensions. The main problem is that people will install this manually, and when there is an update it will not show the update in the list of available extensions.

@shawnholt should show up tomorrow, was a fault in the info.xml stopping it from being released.
