Contact Added to Group not Syncing to Mailchimp

Using Version, 2.0 Released on 2016-12-23 CiviCRM 4.7.17

I have a master list and a parent group in Civi. Then an interest list, and a subgroup in Civi.

When I add a contact into the database, then update the contact to join the subgroup (which is a child group of the parent), they are not added automatically into Mailchimp.

Is there a way to debug? I have re-saved both groups and double checked my webhook setting. I believe this was working prior to 2.x

Enabled CiviCRM debugging and now see these
