Sync problem #301

When i try to sync contact to CiviCRM I get this warning and sync doesn't work. Anybody who can help me find the problem?

could be a mysql config issue try to increase the max_allowed_packet setting as detailed in this link https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7942154/mysql-error-2006-mysql-server-has-gone-away
