Mailchimp pushing bad emails back to Civi #315

After pushing a Mailing List in Civi to Mailchimp, the sync appears to work successfully. The number of emails in Mailchimp is what I would expect after removing "bad" emails and the list in Civi stays the same.

After several minutes, the Civi list has dropped significantly and after review, the only emails remaining in Civi are either "On Hold" or they unsubscribed.

Ex. Civi has 100 contacts > Sync to Mailchimp > Mailchimp has 75 contacts > Civi updates to 25 "bad" contacts - deleting the rest.
