Please upload the template in word mail merge attachment section then it will displayed when selecting 'Message Template' in the Actions drop down
Using CiviCRM 4.7.18 and Word Mail Merge 1.2 I followed the instructions in the readme file to setup and upload a document (using the example doc provided by the extension). Point 7. of the setup instructions says:
Make sure 'Wordmailmerge template' & 'Enabled?' checkboxes are ticked to use the Message Template as a Wordmailmerge template.
I cannot find these checkboxes although the section "Attachment for word mail merge" is showing and the installation went through without any problems. As I cannot check the boxes, no templates are displayed when selecting 'Word Mail Merge' in the Actions drop down.
Have you ever encountered that problem and/or any suggestions how to fix this?
