Upgrade to 3.1.1687383640 breaks mailing public view #604

After upgrading to Mosaico extention 3.1.1687383640, the public views to previously sent mailings display a "There has been a critical error on this website." error. The following is shown in the Log Entry view:

[info] Array ( [content] => Array ( )

)

If I disable the extension, the public view works.

I am using CiviCRM 5.63.0 and Wordpress 6.2.2.

I reverted to version 3.0 and I no longer get the critical error message.
