Nearly all of the civicrm panels (for lack of a better word, the content panes) are properly pushed below the core theme top bars.
But the Mosaico content panel does not get pushed down the screen under the header panels.
I know there are tweaks that can be made to use a theme that it visually compatible with Mosaico but that can be annoying sometimes.
I just had a site where I tried to install theme-switcher and it whacked my site and i needed to roll back to the nightly build.
Is there a way to push the Mosaico content (ie the Mosaico menu) down so that any Drupal header sections are not covering Mosaico?
The problem is that without changing the default admin menu, I cannot find anywhere to turn off the gin-secondary-menu block with a block layout page restrictor.
