Hi

Are the instructions at https://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Setting+up+a+SMS+Provider+for+CiviSMS up to date? We have an API key that looks different to the example number (1234567) shown there.

Also those instructions say to enter https://platform.clickatell.com but we have working sites that use https://api.clickatell.com. There's also https://portal.clickatell.com ?

Please could you review the instructions or direct me to up to date ones?

Also does v4.1 work with CiviCRM 5.7.x + php 7.1 ?

I second that the instructions don't really match up with the current state of play. I managed to get it working in the end, but had to work it out for myself. Also with Multi-Part messages/concatenate I'm having trouble working out if this is a supported feature and if it is how to get it to work. I suspect that the reason I can't get it to work is on Clickatell's end not Civi's but hard to tell for sure.

@lesteresa did you manage to get the extension working with a new style API key (25 characters length)? If so could you share your settings for the SMS provider screen in Civi?
