Feature request: Clickatell requires numbers to be prefixed with 1 (in Americas), add the prefix on the fly #3

So far we have found Clickatell requires numbers to be prefixed with 1 (in USA/Canada at least). This is not the case with Twilio. In one implementation we have a problem coordinating with an external DB if we add the prefix to all the numbers in our database. The 1 doesn't cause a problem with Twilio but it could also be an issue if switching to another SMS provider.

Therefore it would be nice if this extension could prefix the number with 1 before sending (if needed) or provide an option to do this.

@lolas-freeform we thought the option to prefix was there on the Clickatell side i.e. you could set your default and it would set it during the actual send of SMS. Might be worth getting in touch with them?

@veda-consulting The option for automatically adding the prefix is not available for us number (go figure).
