Remove obsolete annotation-properties variablespdf-annot-default-markup-annotation-properties #268

pdf-annot-default-markup-annotation-properties and pdf-annot-default-text-annotation-properties were obsoleted in pdf-tools v0.90.0 (Dec, 2018).

We can remove their usage in the code and clean it up a little bit.
