Adding Backrdop #14

I'm submitting a

Current Behaviour:

We are going to display thousands of data items on the main screen, the reason why users should be able to filter the content. Backdrop is one of the best UI approaches to create a content filtering pane

Expected Behaviour:

The backdrop would be added to the Main activity XML. It would open on the scroll motion. For now, you can add a few buttons, which we would edit in the later issues.
