rather than sampling a pre-computed sim_dict, sample stellar populations using isochrones. awaiting an update on https://github.com/timothydmorton/isochrones/issues/131#issue-645857505 before moving ahead with this.

Now using minimint for the backend. Exploring neural network interpolation built on top of this to include binQ in the interpolation.

ToDo: Speed up CMD generation with scipy instead of generalrandom. Abstract out the CMD generation into its own file, with minimint imported there instead of passing it back and forth. Encapsulate the (m, a, z, binq, bands) -> mags.
