Update the cloud_firestore version #161

Because paginate_firestore 1.0.3+1 depends on cloud_firestore ^3.1.11 and no versions of paginate_firestore match >1.0.3+1 <2.0.0, paginate_firestore ^1.0.3+1 requires cloud_firestore ^3.1.11.
