Adding MakerX hardware #567

Helping David (YUTW123), creator of MakerX hardware, add his custom hardware configs to the VESC project.

Models:

Go-FOC M100 (supplied by David) Go-FOC G300 (supplied by David) Go-FOC DV6 PRO (supplied by David)

Go-FOC HI200 (created by jaykup, tested by 2 people) Go-FOC HV200 (created by jaykup, tested by 2 people)

Do you want to include these in VESC Tool too? In that case you need to add them to the package_firmware.py script.
