Unable to connect to VESC Express in VESC Tool when connected via Access Point WiFi #354

The connect button in VESC Tool appears to do nothing when connected to a VESC Express's wifi AP when set to Access Point mode.

Confirmed working on 6.05 beta (Windows) but not working on Android with either the current Play Store or beta versions. Station mode also works without issue.
