Provide a way to show custom CrashReportDialog #65

Currently ACRA shows a default Crash Report Dialog when a crash happens. Since 
the theme/color scheme is constant, it may not match with the color scheme, 
style of the application. It will be helpful if CrashReportDialog can be 
abstracted out and can be customized as per individual's requirements.
Currently it can be solved only by modifying the source code.
