Missing css file in beta npm install.

Hey,

when I tried to install ^0.9.4-beta.9 version, it successfully downloaded the latest changes in src dir, but the css file is missing. Only jquery.dataTables.yadcf.js and package.json files are present.

When trying to install via yadcf@beta it downloads the beta.8 version.

run npm install yadcf@beta again, all is there now,

next time will publish it along with committing here 😄
