added dt rendering into range number filters #555

fix for #554 bug/feature

yadcf now filters same as dt (search input top right corner)

Hey Daniel, do you think you could find the time to merge this today or tomorrow to beta release, as we have a major release of our own app and we would like to include this fix in it, if possible. :) Thanks in a advance.

@vedmack could you please check, that these changes are also in beta .19 ? I could not see them in .js file in dist folder

Yeah I also checked and they are missing from the latest beta version when we do npm install. :/

@konuch @misanek well sometimes 💩 happens A new version of the package yadcf (0.9.4-beta.21) was published at 2019-03-14T13:33:19.638Z

all updated in github and npm 😄
