@SergeiShtepa Hi, I saw the "duplicate name" issue in the bug report only now, sorry, is strange as older bug report template (without forms) was removed, anyway I changed it and now is showed correctly: https://github.com/Fantu/blksnap/blob/issue-template2/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/Bug_report.yml
Added this comment in the case you didn't merge it for the error was showed looking the new template.
