instantpress fails to load

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download latest trunk of web2py
2. Attempt to view instantpress home page
3. Fails with error "missing {{pass}} statement in view

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the instant press homepage.  I get an error instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Alpha 1, Python 2.5.4, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Recommended fix:  add {{pass}} to line 35 of layout.html.
