Can't change the title and subtitle of the blog

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in as admin
2. Go to admin panel, select Change SIte Information
3. Select Title
4. Enter a new title
5. Save the changes
6. Reload the page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The title should have changed. Instead I keep seeing "Instant Press - Instant 
sites".

The same goes for changing the blog's subtitle.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Instant Press beta 5, Ubuntu 10.10

Yes I disable in the new version, but you can change anyways manually in 
models/_aconfig.py. In future version I'm going to change this. Thanks.
