Normal in web2py, different in GAE #22

When I run it with web2py dev server there is no problems. But when I run it 
with gae dev_appserver.py something wrong happens with the database. First; on 
the main page, initial credentials read my mail address and my password instead 
of admin@mail.com and admin123. Second; neither my mail address nor 
admin@mail.com works to login. "Invalid Login" message appears for both.
