Category count should show number of publised articles rather than total number of articles

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add a category to an unpublished article
2.Check the count on the articles widget 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Unpublished articles should not increment the count of articles

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
beta6 on ubuntu 10.10

Sorry for the typos. Basically, unpublished articles should not increment the 
count of categories which are assigned to them .
