Test Linux and Windows Vista

Installing Apache2 on Ubuntu Linux 10. web2py version on 187.3
/ Homewww-data/web2py/applications/InstantPress

1. the utility menu does not open the Categories list to add.
2. the utility menu list of users not open to add users
3. the Utility menu list of comments does not open to manage comments
4. Utility menu in the footer changes in information, be sure to change.

Installation on Windows Vista home premium - 185.3 web2py version installed 
perfectly and everything works
very well.

question: why linux ubuntu does not want to run such functions.? Do you have an 
incompatibility with version 187.3

I have running in ubuntu 10.10 on w2p 187.3. There are something else in your 
configuration that don't like for some reason.

Found that there is something wrong with the file translation, in English when 
I run I have no problems. But when I translate the problem happens, some 
keywords can not be translated
