Replace FTDI RCP/DLL patching with Wine shim and move device into docker container #23

This PR removes the FTDI RPC and a lost of the DLL patching code in favor of a simple Wine shim. With this, the pregenerated Wine environment was also removed.

Due to some undiagnosable bug with the DAS server version <7, this PR also moves tricore-probe to DAS server version 8.0.5 and switches from Memtool to AurixFlasher.
