  1. Show all graces/landmarks.
    This is a comnonly used function in Cheat Engine table, so I ported it to practice tool.
  2. Modify character health.
    This is used for quick enabling buff of Red-Feathered Branchsword.

The purpose of this PR is to eliminate use of Cheat Engine table at the most.
