Everything builds but no gcc and g++? Ubuntu 10.10 #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. CC=gcc-4.2 CXX=g++-4.2 ./toolchain all

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To have the toolchain 100% working.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I am told everything compiled successfully but then arm-apple-darwin9-gcc and 
g++ are command not found. I can see them in the build directories, but they 
are never installed it seems.
