Build & install failed. Check make.log and install.log

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. everything went fine i got error during compilation when running make 
command for cctools.
2. I also got "cp: target `/root/toolchain/sys/usr/lib' is not a directory". So 
i created these folders by myself manually and then again hit the toolchain.sh

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Make should complete successfully

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Kernel : 2.6.38-8-generic

I have tried to install it through both methods given below

but No luck got same error.
