[Request] [Gen I] Missing Encounter data from Pokemon Blue (J), and Gold/Silver/Crystal #201

Pokemon encounters in the Japanese version of Pokemon Blue are unique to that game in Gen I. Very few if any databases have info for this game, and Serebii's data isn't always correct (see Kanto Route 5 and compare Pidgey/Oddish rates---veekun's are correct) so I don't want to rely on it.

Consider floor 1F of Pokemon Mansion (veekun): As seen on veekun's page, R, B, Y all have unique Pokemon lists for this map, however BlueJ is not here, yet it also has unique data.

Here is the raw encounter data for all 10 Pokemon in the games themselves:

0a 20 0d 1e 0d 22 a3 1e a3 22 21 20 a3 1e 37 1c a3 25 88 27 8f BLUE_J
0a 20 0d 1e 0d 22 a3 1e a3 22 52 20 a3 1e 37 1c a3 25 88 27 8f BLUE/GREEN
0a 20 37 1e 37 22 a3 1e a3 22 21 20 a3 1e 0d 1c a3 25 8f 27 88 RED
0a 22 a5 22 a6 17 0d 1a 21 25 a5 25 a6 1e 21 1a 0d 22 21 26 21 YELLOW

The difference (in bold) is that BlueJ has a Growlithe where Blue/Green has a Vulpix. I suggest adding support for BlueJ! veekun is the best out there.

Also where's Gold/Silver/Crystal encounter data? I'm not entirely sure HG/SS is 1:1 with G/S but Crystal is definitely unique and can't be grouped to HG or SS.

It's my understanding that the localisations of Gold and Silver swapped which of Teddiursa and Phanpy you found on Route 45 between Gold and Silver, and HeartGold/SoulSilver didn't mirror that change, so you're guaranteed to need separate data for Gold, Silver, English Gold, English Silver etc.

Having encounter data from any Gen 2 game, even if it's just US Gold/Silver, would be a huge improvement over current status.

+1 for adding Gold/Silver encounter data
