"Unknown; all bugs" = bug-catching contest? #270

Does location 150 "Unknown; all bugs" refer to the bug-catching contest in HeartGold and SoulSilver? Although oddly only caterpie and weedle have an encounter there according to veekun (it should be many more).

I believe it is unused. Bug catching contest data is elsewhere in the ROM.
