Add combined form names #338

One thing I noticed while dumping sword/shield data, but I forgot to bring up until now, is that alolan forms had their name changed from "Alola Form" (see for example Alolan Rattata, which is missing from sw/sh), to "Alolan Form" (for example Alolan Raichu). Since a few evolution lines are missing from sw/sh (Rattata, Geodude, Grimer) they still have the old name, I wonder if we should manually change it for them as well.

Otherwise looks good

Good point. I think we should probably go ahead and change the others. Only the english name changed, right?

Correct, in every other language they stayed the same as they were in the generation 7 games
