I think 2 commit on this PR are to show that two main bindings (GTK and Qt) also don't have CI, so formally don't pass checklist.

I'll leave this one up to @veelenga. I could go either way. It's probably fine, but also given its not actually a shard prob harder to know if it still works given you can't have tests or anything...

Thanks. I think having a link to the learning resource is fine and the existing checklist is not really relevant in this case. However, we might need to add some tool to check the validity of this links in future. Something we did the past, but to be automated: https://github.com/veelenga/awesome-crystal/pull/226
