Move to Hugo from Jekyll?

• Jekyll is slow
• Hard to manage "gems"/plugins and its dependencies
• Screw up system Ruby packages versions on system with Vagrant. Have to use docker everytime.

Need to check Hugo how easy it is to write, build and deploy
