New release proposition v0.6 #87

I believe we have enough material to propose a new release. I can do that if I receive the go-ahead. See below the text that would come with this release. Does it make sense to you @veeresht and @eSoares?

New features:

Best-First MIMO detector.
Several speed improvements including LDPC and Viterbi decoders.
New tests for several parts of the library.
Add Wifi 802.11 physical simulation.
Improvements on the links package.
Several refactorings and other minor fixes.

Coverage remained the same at 79.276% when pulling 5f9f8eccb186c05d2d307101aeefde447ac1fa5a on BastienTr:Release_v0.6 into 292b4e584e2f0ee4f2adf3e41ec67ff24210a844 on veeresht:master.

Hi @eSoares, I plan to merge this PR and release v0.6 next month if there are not any objection. I noticed in your forked repo that you have some commits that are not merged here. Are they unrelated to CommPy or do you suggest to wait for a incomming PR?
