Add Widget

Added panel to add widgets.
Linked panels to one another so they are accessible by the user through settings.

Remove Widget

Widgets can now be removed on click when deleteMode is active.

TODO:

Add a Form to add StickyNotes. (Unsure what the form would have. Color?)
Keep only one mode enabled at a time. (I don't see the point of having multiple modes enabled concurrently)
Fix bug where deleting a widget deletes the last widget made of the same kind instead of the desired widget.
