crash when remote deletion of dir not possible #170

I was trying to delete a remote directory in the remote files panel, but it the permissions for the dir where not sufficient. termscp reported a red error dialog, which was helpful to indicate the error, but I couldn't exit the dialog and termscp rendered unresponsive (!) for any keys. I only got out by closing the termscp session window. I would suggest to keep the error dialog, but tell the program to come back and let me continue to do some more actions on the currently active connection. thanks for improving and removing this unexpected showstopper. cheers
