Kernel panic on removing module #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Remove usb stick or morprobe -r 8192cu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: nothing
Problem: kernel panic

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.6, Ubuntu 13.04 kernel 3.9

Same problem, both remove usb stick or morprobe -r 8192cu
Linux: Netrunner 13.06 RC 64bit

Same here on ubuntu (elementary) with 3.8.0-30-generic. Also with kernel 3.9. 
Happens when usb stick is plugged in and unplugged, or plugged in and 'sudo 
modprobe -r 8192cu'.
