Unable to copy errors on silverback #42

Could the qsub_files directory not exist when first task of the pipeline finishes?

Hi Kemal,

I'm not sure if this is helpful, but each node has its own /tmp partition (located in RAM), please make sure you aren't writing the qsub_files directory to /tmp.

I think we need a pause before checking the sentinel file.
